The process was time-consuming, error-prone, and created a poor experience for leaders who found the spreadsheets difficult to use.
The team used Claude Cowork to build a fully custom performance system that lives under Rokt Central. Instead of distributing spreadsheets, leaders now access their performance reviews through the centralized platform. The system pulls data automatically, presents it in a clean interface, and writes back to the source systems when reviews are complete. It was designed to meet Rokt's specific needs rather than conforming to the limitations of off-the-shelf performance tools.
